Bilvashtaka

As I mentioned in my earlier post about Karthika masa (masa=hindu month), all Mondays on Karthika masa Lord Shiva is worshiped. I thought of sharing Bilvashtaka which I had with me. The link for stotra written in English can be found here You can chant this while you offer prayers to Lord Shiva using Bilvapatra/leaves of Aegle marmelos

  1. I have telugu version of this bilvashtakam. But Kannada script resembles Telugu script, isn't it? I could read all that you have written.

  2. @Uma,
yup, Kannada and Telugu script looks alike, differences are that 'talakattu'is more wavery in Telugu while it is very stiff in Kannada, few alphabets vary. I can read, speak and understand Telugu ;)
