Few of you had left comment on my earlier post about storing coriander leaves. Here is how I store them:
Wipe coriander leaves with a dry kitchen towel. Roll them in news paper and put it in airtight box. Like this it stays for a week in your refrigerator.

I do the same. We get it already cleaned with no roots here, so nothing much to do but stick it in the paper bag and into the crisper!

Thanks so much for this ... I have given up buying these in bunches as they always go bad so soon. This tip is a life saver. :-)
Very good tip, I wrapping it in a newspaper and keep it in my vegetable tray. It stays for about a week. The important thing is it should be dry, if its moist, it starts to rot.
Good tip!
Handy tip.
For me sometimes i am able to store for 2 weeks and someimes it spoils with a couple of days. That means moisture is the culprit!
