chutney pudi : 2tsp
bread slices: 2
butter: 2 tsp
Lightly toast the bread without butter. Sprinkle chutney pudi on the surface of one bread. Top it with another slice, apply butter on the surface and fry both the sides till it is crisp and brown. Do not forget to enjoy it with a cup of coffee.

ReplyDelete@Rekha,
ReplyDeleteWhen I posted this my hubby was not very happy, I must now go and tell him that afterall it's not all bad! chutney pudi toast is making a good profit business outside LOLZ
haha, happens lakshmi..this weekend we went to coffee day with my brother(my baking critic) and I ordered mocha muffins and chocolate fantasy. After eating my brother said they weren't nice. I told him I deliberately ordered them to show that pricey stuff outside need not always taste good. :Final verdict, I bake better :)
