Mosaru Vade | Dahi Vada |

Ingredients :

Gatti Mosaru (Dahi or Yogurt) - 200ml
Prepared Uddina Vade - 10 (Click Here for vade recipe )
Grated Carrot - 5tbsp (garnishing)
Chopped Coriander leaves - 5tbsp (granishing)
Khajoor Imli Ki Chutney - 2tbsp
Hot Water - enough to soak vade
Salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder - in small quantities to spice up the yogurt

Method :

1. Bring water to boil and switch off the stove. Add all fried vade into it and leave it aside for 5-8 mins.
2. Take out vade and press lightly to remove soaked water.
3. Whisk yogurt to get lump free yogurt. Add very little water and salt and whisk again.

Serving Suggestion 1:

2. Sprinkle chaat masala, little salt, jeera powder and red chilli powder on it.
3. Garnish with coriander leaf and carrots.

Serving Suggestion 2:
