Mosaru Vade | Dahi Vada |

Ingredients :

Gatti Mosaru (Dahi or Yogurt) - 200ml
Prepared Uddina Vade - 10 (Click Here for vade recipe )
Grated Carrot - 5tbsp (garnishing)
Chopped Coriander leaves - 5tbsp (granishing)
Khajoor Imli Ki Chutney - 2tbsp
Hot Water - enough to soak vade
Salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder - in small quantities to spice up the yogurt

Method :

1. Bring water to boil and switch off the stove. Add all fried vade into it and leave it aside for 5-8 mins.
2. Take out vade and press lightly to remove soaked water.
3. Whisk yogurt to get lump free yogurt. Add very little water and salt and whisk again.
4. Place all vades in a deep bowl and pour yogurt on it and soak these vades in yogurt for 3-4hrs.

Serving Suggestion 1:

1. Place vade in serving plate. Pour yogurt on top of it.
2. Sprinkle chaat masala, little salt, jeera powder and red chilli powder on it.
3. Garnish with coriander leaf and carrots.

Serving Suggestion 2:

1. Place vade in serving plate. Pour yogurt on top of it.
2. Pour Khajoor Imli Ki Chutney on Vades. Sprinkle chaat masala, little salt, jeera powder and red chilli powder on it.
3. Garnish with coriander leaf and carrots.

Both of them together...
