Chaat - Evening Snack

For your evening snack pleasures..

This is very simple chaat if you have few things on hand. 
 
Ingredients:
 
Papdi - 1 packet (these are flat puris which can be bought)
Green Chutney - (Grind Pudina, coriander leaf, green chilli, salt, ginger and onion to smooth paste without adding water. Squeeze half a lemon to it and mix well. Finally sprinkle black salt over it and mix)
Tamarind and date chutney- Store bought.
Tomato, Onion- Chopped into small pieces
Potato - 1 Cooked,grated and mashed well
Yogurt - 1 cup (thick yogurt)
Sev - Store bought
Chaat Masala - to sprinkle

Method:
1.Arrange puris in a plate. Spread green chutney on puri. Place mashed potato on it.
2.Add in little yogurt, followed by onion and tomato. I added grated carrots too.
3.Pour in tamarind and dates chutney. Finally garnish with sev and sprinkle chaat masala to finish assembling the chaat.

Done!!! You just have to pop this in your mouth and ENJOYYY!!!
