Ingredients:
200g :Wheat Flour(Pillsbury brand
flour)
30g : Maida or Plain Flour
20 g : Fine Semolina
10g: Kasuri Methi
Salt as needed
Water for mixing
the dough
Oil for deep frying
Method :
1. Mix all the above
ingredients into tight dough.
2. Rest the dough for
next 20 mins.
3. Pinch lemon size
dough and roll them into circles. Deep fry in hot oil on both sides.
4. Serve with your
favorite side dish.
