A perfect starter for your party, cauliflower pops are healthy and delicious!
Cauliflower Pops

Serves : 5-10 people

Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Heads: 2 Numbers
Onion
: 3
Green
Chili Paste : 1 Tbsp
Turmeric
: A big pinch
Cornflour:
2Tbsp +1tsp
Jeera: ¼ tsp
Coriander
leaves – 4 Tbsp
Salt
for taste
Oil:
for frying

Cauliflower Pops

Method :
1.
Rice cauliflower as per instructions given above.
2.
Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
3.
When the cumin seeds crackle, add onions
and green chilli paste and sauté again for 30 seconds.
4.
Add turmeric powder, riced cauliflower and
salt, sprinkle a little water and cook until three-quarters cooked.
5.
Add the coriander, corn flour and mix well.
6.
Divide the dough into equal portions and
keep aside.
7.
Heat gundponglu pan and add in the
cauliflower dough into the wells. Add a tsp of oil at a time and fry till
these pops are fried well and turn red.
8.
Serve with your favorite chutney or sauce.

When they are nice and red remove them to a serving plate. Serve it hot with your favorite chutney!
They are good to eat without sauce too...just POP them in :D ...yummy!
