Methi Leaves Slaw/ Fenugreek Leaves Salad
Have you eaten Methi leaves raw? If not, try it this winters. Winters bring bunches and bunches of this wonderful herb which is very healthy.
Salad is simple, yet delicious. One tip to offer : Always make it fresh and serve.
Ingredients :
Fenugreek / Methi Leaves : 2 cups (pinch only ends..as shown in the pic below)
Pick and wash leaves. Drain and pat dry them.
Onions : Sliced Thinly
Onions : Sliced Thinly
Seasoning :
Olive oil - 1tbsp
Salt - little
Chili powder - as needed
Lemon Juice - 1tsp
Mix the sesoning ingredients well. Add in methi leaves and onions sliced thinly. Mix and serve.
Imp Tip : Always mix fresh and serve.
Goes well with Chapathis, Phulkas, Jowar Roti, Bajra roti
