Method :
1.    Boil water to cook soya chunks. When water starts to boil, add milk and soya chunks. Let soya chunks cook in this water. When raw smells of the chunks disappears and get cooked, switch off the stove and drain the water. Gently squeeze soya chunks. Keep this aside.
2. Peel onions and cut them into rough cubes of 1/2” size. Cut tomatoes too.
3.Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add onion and tomato and sautee. After the mixture cools down, take them in mixer grinder along with pepper, fennel and grated coconut. Grind to smooth paste.
4.      Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in the same pan as used before. Add jeera. When jeera browns add in onions & ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell from ginger garlic paste reduces.  Add onion tomato paste, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Give a good stir. Add in cooked soya chunks and enough water. Bring it to roaring boil or pressure cook this for 1 whistle. Add garam masala at the end and let it cool for next 10 mins and serve them with hot phulkas.
