Kesuvina gadde Fry/ Taro fry

Sometimes all you need is simple and satisfying food after a tiring day. Yummy rasam and rice takes away day's stress to much extent. I tried this simple fried & peppered Taro/Kesuvina gadde with rasam and it was a delectable combination.

Kesuvina gadde Fry

Ingredients :

1. Taro root - 200g
2. Salt
3. Pepper
4. Oil for deep frying

Method :

1. De-skin Taro root and steam it in pressure cooker for 15-20 mins.



2. Blot the water away from the slices. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till brown
3. When warm, sprinkle salt and pepper. Toss it. Serve it with warm rice and hot rasam.

 
Enjoy a simple, yet hearty meal.
